Job summary

Community Support Incorporated is a leading South Australian not-for-profit providing home care services to older people and people living with disability for more than 30 years.

As a Support Worker you will assist with personal care, domestic tasks, transport, social support and daily living activities, with comprehensive training provided.

Qualifications

• Caring, reliable and compassionate approach.
• Genuine passion for supporting people living with disability and older Australians.
• Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability, Ageing or equivalent).
• Previous experience in disability or aged care preferred.
• Smartphone compatible with company systems and applications.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and/or Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
• National Police Check (issued within the last six months).
• First Aid Certificate.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable, registered vehicle.

About the Role

Our Support Workers play a vital role in supporting clients to maintain their independence, wellbeing and quality of life.

Duties may include:

Some roles may involve supporting clients with complex or high-needs requirements. Comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
