Job summary

Community Support Incorporated is seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to assist clients at home, helping them maintain independence, wellbeing and quality of life in the community.

Roles may involve personal care, domestic tasks, transport and social support. We provide comprehensive training, ongoing support and development opportunities to build rewarding careers in a growing not-for-profit.

Qualifications

• Requires Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability, Ageing or equivalent).
• Previous experience in disability or aged care preferred.
• Current smartphone compatible with company systems and applications.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and/or Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Current National Police Check (issued within the last six months).
• Current First Aid Certificate.
• Valid driver's license.
• Access to a reliable, registered and insured vehicle.
