Job summary

Zambrero Torquay is seeking Casual Shift Supervisors to lead the team during busy service periods on-site. You will supervise front-of-house operations, maintain food safety and presentation standards, and mentor new staff to deliver warm, efficient service.

Ideal candidates bring previous hospitality or supervisory experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and a willingness to learn our systems.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or supervisory experience is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and natural leadership skills.
• Willingness to learn our unique systems and brand standards.
• Ability to stay calm and organised during busy, fast-paced shifts.
• Availability Requirements: High flexibility across weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Candidates must have full summer availability (14 Dec – 30 Jan).
