Holmesglen Institute Chadstone VIC is seeking a casual Student Recruitment and Admissions Officer to support prospective students from enquiry through enrolment, delivering personalised guidance and outstanding customer service in a busy, collaborative environment.

You will work with teaching departments and internal stakeholders to help students make informed study choices, contribute to enrolment targets, and ensure a smooth admissions process, with on-site parking and proximity to transport.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills across diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking with ability to provide accurate advice.
• Collaborative and proactive team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using MS Office, CRM and Student Management Systems in education settings.
• Qualifications in business, marketing, education, communications or career counselling (or significant relevant experience).
