Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in service desk support with incident management and effective resolution.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to report and collate information from sources.
• Experience in high-volume, demanding support with prioritisation and outcomes.
• Proven collaboration skills with stakeholders across teams.
• Tertiary IT qualification or equivalent; ITIL certification; cyber/security basics.

Responsibilities

• Support rollout of replacement laptops and other hardware to staff.
• Assist staff with device setup, login to Council systems and readiness.
• Log incidents and help resolve issues in timely manner.
• Collaborate with IT Service Delivery to ensure smooth rollout.
• Provide customer-focused help and document key steps and outcomes.
