Job summary

Subway Australia is seeking Sandwich Artist team members for several stores in the Rockhampton area, including Rockhampton East, North Rockhampton and Berserker. You will help with food preparation, customer service and maintaining store standards at 136 East Street, 315 Farm Street and 3-5 Queen Elizabeth Drive.

All shifts are available, including Morning, Day/Lunch, Evening and Night shifts. High school students are welcome, with full training and clear career pathways within Australia’s

Qualifications

• Experience in food preparation, retail sales or customer service is desirable but not essential.
• Full training will be provided, including University of Subway courses.
• A winning attitude and reliability are valued for growth within the Subway group.

Responsibilities

• Food preparation including bread and cookie baking.
• Maintain food storage and preparation areas to Health & Safety standards.
• Operate till and handle deliveries and stock checks.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning schedules and ensure a safe work environment.

Shifts Schedule

Previous experience in food preparation, retail sales and/or customer service is desirable but not essential because you will receive full training and undertake various University of Subway® courses. What's more important is a winning attitude. If you're currently working in retail or in a restaurant, perhaps you are studying or have recently graduated and are looking to start a career in the food industry.
