Eureka Furniture in Rockhampton is seeking enthusiastic Casual Sales Consultants to join our team. You’ll connect with customers, understand their needs, and help them select pieces to complete their homes.

This casual role covers a 7-day roster, offering flexibility and ongoing training in a supportive showroom environment. Prior retail experience and a passion for home styling are valued, with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Interest in home décor, interiors, or design.
• Loves talking to people and helping customers make confident buying decisions.
• Sales-focused with experience achieving KPIs.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar retail sales role.
• Clear and confident communication with customers and teammates.
• Experience with Pronto is highly regarded.

We’re now looking for enthusiastic, sales-driven Casual Sales Consultants to work in our Rockhampton showroom. If you enjoy connecting with customers, love interiors, and thrive in a sales-focused environment, this could be the perfect fit.

About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be part of a motivated team focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences and strong sales results. You’ll engage customers, understand their style and needs, and help them bring their dream home to life — one great piece of furniture at a time.

This is a casual role across a 7-day roster, ideal for someone who enjoys flexibility while still being serious about sales.

About You

You’ll be someone who:

• Has a genuine interest in home décor, interiors, or design
• Loves talking to people and helping customers make confident buying decisions
• Is sales-focused, with experience achieving a range of KPIs
• Brings at least 1 years' experience in a similar retail sales role
• Has a positive, results-driven attitude and a willingness to learn
• Communicates clearly and confidently with customers and teammates
• Has experience with Pronto (highly regarded, but not essential)
