Eureka Furniture is hiring casual Sales Consultants for the Eureka & Olive Grove Bundall showrooms. You’ll connect with customers, understand their style, and help them select pieces to complete their home, in a friendly, sales-driven environment.

This casual role operates on a 7-day roster with flexibility; experience in retail sales (2+ years) and a passion for home décor are preferred. Pronto experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Interest in home décor, interiors or design.
• Loves talking to people and helping customers make confident decisions.
• Sales-focused with experience achieving KPIs.
• At least 2 years in a similar retail sales role.
• Positive, results-driven attitude and willingness to learn.
• Clear and confident communication with customers and teammates.
• Experience with Pronto is a plus.

About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be part of a motivated team focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences and strong sales results. You’ll engage customers, understand their style and needs, and help them bring their dream home to life — one great piece of furniture at a time.

This is a casual role across a 7-day roster, ideal for someone who enjoys flexibility while still being serious about sales.

About You

You’ll be someone who:

• Has a genuine interest in home décor, interiors, or design

• Loves talking to people and helping customers make confident buying decisions

• Is sales-focused, with experience achieving a range of KPIs

• Brings at least 2 years’ experience in a similar retail sales role

• Has a positive, results-driven attitude and a willingness to learn

• Communicates clearly and confidently with customers and teammates

• Has experience with Pronto (highly regarded, but not essential)
