Job summary

Eureka Furniture is seeking enthusiastic Casual Sales Consultants to join our Gympie showroom. You’ll engage customers, understand their styling needs and help them bring their dream home to life with confident product recommendations.

This casual role operates on a 7-day roster, offering flexibility while staying focused on delivering outstanding service and strong sales results in a busy home-styling environment.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in home décor, interiors or design
• Enjoy talking to people and helping customers make confident buying decisions
• Sales-focused with a track record of meeting KPIs
• At least 1 year experience in a similar retail sales role
• Clear and confident communication with customers and teammates
• Experience with Pronto is useful but not required

About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be part of a motivated team focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences and strong sales results. You’ll engage customers, understand their style and needs, and help them bring their dream home to life — one great piece of furniture at a time.

This is a casual role across a 7-day roster, ideal for someone who enjoys flexibility while still being serious about sales.

About You

You’ll be someone who:

• Has a genuine interest in home décor, interiors, or design

• Loves talking to people and helping customers make confident buying decisions

• Is sales-focused, with experience achieving a range of KPIs

• Brings at least 1 years' experience in a similar retail sales role

• Has a positive, results-driven attitude and a willingness to learn

• Communicates clearly and confidently with customers and teammates

• Has experience with Pronto (highly regarded, but not essential)
