BaptistCare NSW/ACT - Aged Care is seeking compassionate casual Registered Nurses for Forster, NSW. You will deliver clinical care, assess and evaluate needs, supervise carers and ENs, and ensure accurate documentation for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent).
• Current AHPRA registration.
• Experience in clinical leadership and team supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of the Aged Care Act 2024 and AN‑ACC.
• Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and work within scope.
• Alignment with BaptistCare’s Christian identity and values.

Responsibilities
