Job summary

Cancer Council NSW is seeking a Casual Retail Consultant for our Bondi Junction Westfield Store, serving as a brand ambassador and specialising in sun protection.

You will deliver an outstanding customer experience, assist with store operations, maintain product knowledge, and strive to achieve sales targets to support cancer research and programs. Training will be provided; diversity and inclusion are valued.

About The Role

Cancer Council NSW is currently looking to hire a Casual Retail Consultant for our Bondi Junction Westfield Store. In this role, you will serve as a brand ambassador for Cancer Council NSW, specialising in all aspects of sun protection.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

• Ensuring the delivery of an outstanding customer experience
• Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store
• Maintaining a deep understanding of our product range
• Achieving sales targets (with proceeds contributing to cancer research and support programs)

About You

You will need:

• Exceptional customer service approach with great communication skills
• Previous retail experience highly regarded but not essential, including working to a budget and KPI's
• Availability for minimum 3-5 shifts a week (average casual shift ranging 3 -8 hours)
• Flexibility to work on a casual contract including weekends and late night trading
• Ability to work effectively both within a team and autonomously
• Positive attitude with an empathetic nature

Training will be provided to successful candidates to induct them in the role and orientate them with CCNSW and our products.
