Job summary

Universal Store in NSW is seeking passionate team members for a casual role during the Christmas trade period, from October 2026 to 7 February 2027. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences, assist shoppers, and contribute to a fast-paced fashion store.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience, ideally in fashion or customer-focused environments.
• Strong passion for customer service and creating memorable customer experiences.
• Warm, enthusiastic personality with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and confidently with customers.
• Reliable and flexible, with availability throughout the Christmas trading period.
• A positive, team-first attitude and willingness to support where needed.
