Job summary

Gateways Support Services is seeking casual Residential Support Workers to empower people with disability in Camperdown, VIC. You will provide hands-on support to live independently and participate in the community.

Duties include personal care, daily living tasks and documenting progress. Flexible shifts and a supportive team environment help you grow while making a real difference in people’s lives.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and problem solving.
• High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to accurately record case notes.
• Passion for supporting people to live their best lives.
• Current CPR, First Aid, Working with Children Check, NDIS Check and completion of the NDIS Workers Orientation Module (or willingness to obtain).
• Victorian driver's license.

About the role:

Working as a casual Residential Support Worker across our two services in Camperdown, you will empower the people we support to live independently and participate in the community. Providing hands on support while ensuring a safe, inclusive and empowering environment, you will become an integral part of their care team.
