Job summary

Shifts include day, sleepover and weekend work. Compensation is at SCHADS Level 2.1 with favorable penalty rates, reflecting the casual nature of the position and the flexible environment offered by GROW.

Qualifications

• Experience in community services set in mental health context.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients, families and staff.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Demonstrates a person-centred approach and commitment to recovery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day support and structure for residents.
• Facilitate group activities and programs.
• Manage resident needs and ensure safety and service delivery.
