Job summary

Sacred Heart Primary School is seeking enthusiastic Casual Relief Teachers (CRTs) to join our supportive school community. Sacred Heart Primary School is seeking enthusiastic and committed Casual Relief Teachers (CRTs) to join our welcoming and supportive school community.

These flexible casual positions provide opportunities to teach across Foundation to Year 6 and specialist programs when classroom teachers are absent. Employment will commence as soon as possible, with work offered based on personal availability and school needs.

There may also be opportunities for longer-term contracts or ongoing positions.

Our Casual Relief Teachers play an important role in ensuring continuity of learning while nurturing the academic, social, emotional and spiritual growth of every student.

The successful applicant will:

Special Requirements

• Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) Registration.
• Current Mandatory Reporting training.
• Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma qualifications (desirable).
• Demonstrated commitment to Child Safe Standards and the safeguarding of children.
• Willingness to work flexibly across Foundation to Year 6 and specialist programs based on school needs.
• Experience teaching in primary school settings and supporting students with diverse learning needs (desirable).
