Job summary

Catholic Healthcare in Bathurst is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to work across both Bathurst homes as a casual nurse. You will provide direct clinical nursing care to residents, participate in orientation and buddy shifts, and support the care team during night shifts.

Ideal candidates will have AHPRA registration, knowledge of aged care legislation, AN-ACC processes, strong communication, and coaching skills.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration with nursing degree.
• Thorough understanding of aged care legislation and standards.
• Demonstrated AN-ACC assessment understanding.
• Coaching and staff development capabilities.
• Strong communication and IT literacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical nursing care to residents following best practice.
• Act as Team Leader, coaching and supervising care staff.
• Maintain safety and adherence to policies and procedures.
