You will join a multidisciplinary Community Care Unit team, helping to build hope and promote recovery-oriented practice.

• Personal lived experience of mental health and/or substance use recovery.

Responsibilities

• Provide genuine peer support that empowers consumers on their recovery journey.

• Help consumers develop confidence, skills and connections to live meaningful lives.
