Job summary

Little Creatures Fremantle is hiring multiple casual Pizza Chefs who know their crust from their crumb and can bring serious heat to Nero, our wood-fired Marana Forni. We’ll be fresh in our new Fremantle home, serving legendary slices alongside beer and salty sea air.

You’ll hand-stretch dough, build bold flavour combos, and fire pizzas that pair perfectly with a pint. Flexible evenings, weekends and holidays apply.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience slinging pizzas in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Experience with dough prep, fermentation and wood-fired cooking.
• Creativity and coastal-inspired flavour ideas.

Responsibilities

We’re on the hunt for multiple casual Pizza Chefs who knows their crust from their crumb and can bring serious heat to "Nero", our wood-fired Marana Forni. Little Creatures Fremantle will be fresh outta the oven - in our new home, fully fired up, and ready to serve legendary slices alongside our cold beer and salty sea air.

This isn’t just pizza - it’s craft.

If you’ve got a passion for pizza, a love for local produce, and a knack for creating flavour bombs, we want you on our crew. You’ll be hand-stretching dough, building bold flavour combos, and firing up pizza’s that pair perfectly with a pint.

What you’ll bring:

• 1-2 years’ experience slinging pizzas in a fast-paced, produce-driven kitchen.
• Skills in dough prep, fermentation, and wood-fired cooking.
• A creative spark, a steady hand, and a love for coastal-inspired flavours.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays - when the Freo harbour is alive.
