Job summary

Home Delivery Service, a leader in last mile refrigerated logistics in Australia, seeks a motivated warehouse general assistant in Perth. You will perform pick & pack tasks in cold and ambient environments, stock replenishment, and general warehouse duties while following SOPs and safety standards.

Casual shifts (30-40 hours/week, Mon–Fri 7:30am–4pm) suit individuals who work well in teams and want to grow within a dynamic, technology-driven logistics provider.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Pick & Pack goods in Cold Stores and Ambient Warehouse.
• Wrap and pack orders in cages.
• Stock/line replenishment to maintain smooth flow.
• General store duties: sorting, stacking, packing, cleaning, labeling.
• Follow client processes and SOPs; ensure OH&S and HACCP compliance.
• Carry out stock takes and inventory as directed by supervisors.
• Communicate proactively with supervisors and team members.
• Cross-train with other tasks to grow skills.

Who You Are

You are a motivated, hands on and detail orientated person looking for work in a warehouse environment to do Pick & Pack and stock replenishment. You are an honest and driven person who works well in a team and is able to follow SOPs and safety standards. Ideally You have previously worked in a warehousing, pick pack or cold chain environment. You are motivated to do a good job and keep learning and growing.

ONLY Experienced pickers will be considered.

CASUAL HOURS 30-40 HOURS MONDAY--FRIDAY

7:30am--4pm Monday to Friday

• Pick & Pack of goods in Cold Stores and Ambient Warehouse
• Wrapping and packing orders in Cages
• Stock/line replenishment to allow continuous flow of the pick line
• General store person duties (Sorting, Stacking, Packing, Cleaning,
  Labelling ( Etc).
• Following client specific process and procedure
• Stock take and inventory management as per supervisors' instructions
• Practicing safe and correct manual handling procedures
• Following Site/Company SOPs and operating under (OH&S, WH&S and
  HACCP requirements) Safety first!
• Proactive communication with supervisors and team members
• Cross learn with other team members and tasks to expand your skillset & operational knowledge - We want our people to grow and learn
