• At least 1–2 years experience as a personal care worker.
• Strong customer service and care practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care according to the current Resident Care Plan.
• Assist with personal care including showering, grooming, dressing and toileting.
• Support residents with mobility, transfers and daily living activities.
• Assist with meals, hydration and nutritional support.
• Accurately document care provided and report changes in condition.
• Communicate with Registered Nurses and the broader clinical team.
• Promote a positive and inclusive environment for residents and families.
