Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role.

• Ability to perform manual tasks (lifting up to 22 kg).
• POS system knowledge or tech-savvy.

Responsibilities

• Provide service, advice and product solutions to trade and retail customers.
• Handle paint-related questions, tinting and colour matching to requirements.
• Inventory control, stock receiving and stock replenishment.
• Take orders in-store and by phone.
• Build relationships with repeat customers and colleagues.
• Assist with visual displays, store presentation and housekeeping.
• Comply with safe work practices.
