In the Casual Operations Supervisor role, you'll assist with supporting the safe, efficient and effective operation of Council’s aquatic facilities. Working alongside the Operations Team Leader, you’ll oversee pool operations, conduct water quality and maintenance checks, maintain operational records and reports, deliver high-quality customer service, and support compliance with relevant legislation and safety requirements.

$38.01 per hour + 25% casual loading + 12% Superannuation

Some of the required skills, experience and qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years in a leadership or demonstrated supervisory qualities.
  • Must be willing to obtain Certificate III in Aquatics and Community Recreation with all the specific competencies in Aquatic Technical Operations or equivalent industry qualifications or equivalent within 6 months of employment
  • Demonstrated experience in swimming pool operations and pool supervision.
  • Current Pool Lifeguard License, Application of First Aid Certificate, Advanced Resuscitation, and Oxygen Equipment.
  • Proven ability to take responsibility for safety of patrons
