The LAP Collective on the Gold Coast (Miami HQ) is seeking a Casual Office All-Rounder to support dispatch, showroom, and admin tasks. This flexible role offers 10–30 hours per week with a fast-paced team and hands-on learning opportunities.

Ideal candidates are energetic, reliable, and ready to jump in. You’ll help keep orders moving, assist customers, and maintain an orderly office environment in a casual, dog-friendly setting.

• Dispatch Support: packing online orders, restocking shelves, organising packaging
• Retail Support: assisting customers in the JAYD showroom, basic sales and service
• Office Admin: tidying workspaces, organising supplies, light computer tasks
• General Support: helping team members during busy periods, events, and launches

We’re looking for a reliable, energetic Office All-Rounder to join our team at The LAP Collective. This is a hands-on casual role perfect for someone who loves variety, enjoys being part of a fast-paced team, and isn’t afraid to jump in wherever needed.

ABOUT US

The LAP Collective is home to JAYD Swimwear, World Ocean Series, FINIS, and TRISWIM. We’re a small, passionate team working across swimwear, ocean sports, retail, events, and eCommerce — and we’re growing fast.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This position is all about supporting the team across different parts of the business. No two days look the same. You might be helping pack orders, organising stock, assisting in the showroom, or keeping the office tidy and running smoothly.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Happy to pitch in wherever needed
• Comfortable working both independently and alongside others
• Quick to pick things up and eager to learn
• Available for 10–30 hours per week, depending on workload
• Ready for a fast start
