Job summary

Churches Of Christ Bribie Island Aged Care is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join the casual pool on Bribie Island, QLD. Night-duty availability is essential, with flexibility and a focus on high-quality clinical care for residents.

You will participate in assessments, care planning, medication management and documentation while supporting a dedicated team in a not-for-profit setting. Prior aged-care experience and a current National Police Check are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
• Willingness to work night duties.
• Experience in residential aged care is highly regarded.
• Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one).

Responsibilities

• Providing safe, high-quality clinical care to residents.
• Completing clinical assessments and contributing to care planning.
• Administering medications and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
• Responding appropriately to incidents and changes in residents’ health.
• Supporting and guiding Personal Care Workers.
• Communicating effectively with residents, families and other health professionals.
• Ensuring care is delivered in accordance with legislative, clinical and organisational requirements.
