Good Shepherd Lodge Ltd in Mackay, Queensland is seeking Registered Nurses to join our aged care team across casual and permanent part-time roles. You will provide direct nursing care, supervise care staff, administer medications, and contribute to residents' health and well‑being.

Qualificações

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in residential aged care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to obtain National Police Check and Flu vaccination as required by Queensland aged care.
• Above Award rates under the Enterprise Bargaining Agreement.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
• Supervise and support care staff in delivering high-quality care.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans and clinical guidelines.
• Monitor and report on resident health status, including vital signs and changes in condition.
• Maintain accurate resident records and documentation in compliance with healthcare standards.
• Provide emotional support to residents and families.
