Qualifications
Previous experience supporting people with disabilities and/or complex needs.
A current Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Responsibilities
Provide assistance with daily living tasks including personal care, meal preparation, and light household duties.
Promote independence, choice, and wellbeing in line with individual care plans.
Communicate effectively with participants, families, and allied health professionals.
Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
Follow all organisational policies, procedures, and workplace health and safety requirements.
