Job summary

A leading in-home care service provider in Gold Coast is seeking Disability Support Workers on a casual basis. This flexible role involves providing person-centred support to participants in their homes, assisting with daily tasks such as personal care and meal preparation. Ideal candidates will have Certificate III or IV in Disability or related fields, strong communication skills, and a compassionate approach to care. Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting people with disabilities and/or complex needs.
• A current Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with daily living tasks including personal care, meal preparation, and light household duties.
• Promote independence, choice, and wellbeing in line with individual care plans.
• Communicate effectively with participants, families, and allied health professionals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
• Follow all organisational policies, procedures, and workplace health and safety requirements.
