The role suits someone with exceptional customer service, great communication, and the ability to multitask in a friendly, professional environment. Pracsoft/Medtech know-how is a plus, and you’ll work as part of a multifaceted clinic team to deliver outstanding patient

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills; prior customer service experience is advantageous.
• Excellent communication with a professional and personable telephone manner.
• Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task and prioritise.
• Knowledge of Pracsoft/Medtech is an advantage.
• Ability to work as part of a multifaceted team and independently.
• Neat and professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients and welcoming them into our Centre.
• Collecting and entering patient details into the database.
• Scheduling appointments when required.
• Answering telephone calls and enquiries.
• Administration support and other ad hoc duties.
