Job summary

Prema House Medical Centre East Lismore is seeking a friendly Casual Medical Receptionist to join our welcoming clinic. As the first point of contact, you will ensure a warm, professional experience and support day-to-day running of the practice.

You will greet patients, answer calls, book appointments, process payments and maintain records, collaborating with doctors and nurses. Casual hours offer flexibility and ongoing shifts in a busy primary care setting.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable and professional.
• Reliable, organised and able to work independently.
• Confident communicating with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Comfortable using computers and medical practice software.
• Able to multitask in a busy environment.
• Previous medical reception experience is highly desirable.

Employment Type: Casual (2 to 5 days) Admin experience preferred
Hours: 8.00am to 5.30pm including Holiday coverage
