ForHealth Group is seeking a Casual Medical Assistant to join our Wyoming practice, collaborating with Nurses and General Practitioners to deliver high-quality, comprehensive care for all patients. You will support reception and administrative duties while delivering superior customer service to patients and healthcare practitioners.

Qualifications

• Certificate 3 Health Services Assistant, Certificate 4 Medical Practice Assisting, or first year of Bachelor of Nursing completed.
• Flexibility with availability.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Capacity to multi-task and prioritize.
• Working With Children Check Clearance.
• Evidence of routine immunization serology.
• Eligibility to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Clinical areas are adequately stocked and replenish stock before depletion.
• Clean and sterilise instruments and maintain them in working order.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
• Document all patient care activities.
• Provide a high level of customer service as the first point of contact for patients.
• Provide admin support.
