Job summary

ForHealth Group invites applications for a Casual Medical Assistant at our Riverway practice. You will work with Nurses and General Practitioners, assisting with reception and admin duties while delivering high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Certificate 3 Health Services Assistant or Certificate 4 Medical Practice Assisting, or first year of Bachelor of Nursing completed.
• Flexibility with availability and capacity to multi-task.
• Working With Children Check Clearance and immunization requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clinical areas are stocked and replenish stock before depletion.
• Clean and sterilise instruments and maintain equipment.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of care provided and all patient care activities.
• Provide a high level of customer service as the first contact for patients.
• Provide administrative support to the practice.
