PACK & SEND is seeking an experienced Logistics Co-ordinator/Sales Assistant for the PACK & SEND Service Centre in Surry Hills/Chippendale. It is a busy, customer-focused role in a fast-paced freight/logistics environment.

The position is casual with potential to become permanent. You must be available to work days and Saturdays, with hours listed below. Full training and ongoing coaching are provided in a global company with over 150 Retail Service Centres across Australia, NZ and the UK.

Qualifikationen

• Solid understanding of domestic and international freight networks and customs requirements.
• High precision in documentation and a "right first time" approach to packing fragile goods.
• Ability to manage high volumes and tight dispatch deadlines without compromising quality.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 25kg and operate basic warehouse equipment.

Aufgaben

• Arranging and performing pick-ups and deliveries with PACK & SEND branded vehicle.
• Weighing, measuring and consigning all packages correctly.
• Packaging consignments using professional techniques to minimise warranty claims and ensure safe delivery.
• Complete administrative tasks to ensure smooth running of the Retail Service Centre.
• Embrace and adhere to the Company’s “No Limits” culture.
• Track and trace consignments and issue delivery confirmations.
• Assist the Store Manager with sales activities and customer service.
• Provide professional advice, pricing and selling of logistics, freight and packing solutions.
