Qualifications

• NDIS Worker Screening Check is required.
• Working with Children Check (WWCC) is required.
• First Aid Certificate is required.
• Valid Australian Driver’s Licence is required.
• Reliable vehicle may be required for community access.
• Understanding of LGBTQIA+ inclusive practice is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing weekly support to a 29-year-old participant in Hazelbrook, NSW.
• Support independence with daily living tasks and routines.
• Promote wellbeing, safety and participation in everyday life.
• Maintain patient, trauma-informed, and respectful communication; adapt approach to needs.
