Job summary

Lithgow City Council is seeking Casual Learn to Swim Instructors to join the Aquatic Centre team in Lithgow, NSW. You will deliver high quality swimming lessons, ensure safety, and provide enthusiastic customer service in a fun learning environment.

Responsibilities include planning lessons, maintaining equipment, and collaborating with other instructors to improve service delivery. Candidates should hold Austswim and First Aid certificates and be comfortable with flexible hours, including

Qualifications

• Proven ability to plan and deliver high quality learn to swim sessions.
• Commitment to safety and customer service in a community setting.
• Ability to maintain records and prepare lesson plans.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver learn to swim lessons in accordance with AUSTSWIM Guidelines.
• Work with small groups of participants including children and adults.
• Maintain equipment and records for the swim school.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate with participants.
