Job summary

Xenia Main Beach is seeking a reliable and motivated Casual Kitchen Hand to join our team in a fast-paced Greek hospitality group on the Gold Coast. You’ll help wash dishes, assist with basic food preparation and support our chefs during service, while maintaining high hygiene standards.

We offer 20–30 hours per week, staff meals during shifts, 50% staff discount across Xenia Group venues, career development opportunities and a positive, supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen hand experience is an advantage but not essential.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen.
• Reliable, punctual and ready to work as part of a team.
