DISSH Byron Bay is seeking an in-store stylist to join our fashion-forward team as we open new doors in Byron Bay. You will work with customers one-on-one, delivering personalised styling and product knowledge to reflect our sustainable, seasonless collections.

The role emphasizes a friendly, approachable disposition, weekend availability and a passion for fashion. You will contribute to a collaborative, incentive-driven store environment and help create memorable shopping experiences.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable demeanor and strong customer service orientation.
• Experience in fashion retail or styling roles is a plus.
• Ability to manage stock and keep a visually appealing store environment.
• Knowledge of DISSH products, materials, and sustainability story.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and drive customer loyalty.

Our Casual In-Store Stylists have the opportunity to join our collaborative and fun in-store environment to work toward incredible incentives, teamwork and provide experiential retail for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Operational day-to-day stock management to maintain a visually aesthetic, relevant and fully replenished store.
• Provide 1-on-1 styling for the DISSH customer.
• Learn and share product knowledge from features and benefits, sustainable impact all the way through to garment care.

Requirements
