Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience delivering transactional HR services in a large organisation.
• Ability to provide accurate HR guidance and resolve complex requests.
• Experience working with SLAs and targets to improve client satisfaction.
• Knowledge of HR policies, agreements and employment frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Review and execute HR transactions across employee life cycle ( hires, separations, transfers).
• Provide high quality, consistent HR guidance to managers and employees.
• Identify issues and implement process improvements to increase client satisfaction.
• Prepare and issue employment contracts and variations.
• Advise staff on policy applications and contractual arrangements.
