Job summary

ALH Hotels in Dubbo is seeking a casual Housekeeper Guest Experience team member to ensure rooms are clean, welcoming and well maintained. You will follow structured cleaning schedules and work with Front Office to deliver special guest requests, contributing to a high standard across the property.

The role is hands-on, requiring reliability, punctuality and the ability to lift and move stock as part of daily duties. Training and discount benefits are provided within the Endeavour Group network.

A day in the life of a Guest Services Attendant:

• Making every room feel like home away from home
• Follow daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules
• Help the Publican know what needs repair and maintenance throughout accommodation
• Make our guests stay special by working with the Front Office team to deliver special requests

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
