Job summary

Fratelli Fresh Entertainment Quarter is seeking staff to join a great team. We are filling a few extra positions to ensure a smooth operation, with emphasis on customer service, speed, and presentation.

RSA is required and experience with Sevenrooms is mandatory, with fluent English and strong communication being essential. We offer a friendly environment, good hours and pay under the Restaurant Industry Award, plus weekly tips.

Qualifications

• RSA certification required to work legally in Australia.
• Sevenrooms experience is mandatory for the role.
• Must speak English fluently.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Must be able to keep up in a busy setting.
• Excellent attention to detail and personal presentation.
• Must be available at least 2 out of 3 days during the weekend.
