Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to work effectively in a high volume work area.
• Able to communicate effectively and respectfully with a wide variety of people, both internal and external stakeholders.
• Competency in using common ICT tools (word processing, data entry, email, internet).
• Commitment to excellent customer service and patient privacy/confidentiality.
• Ability to remain composed in extreme/emergency circumstances.
• Motivation and ability to take initiative with minimal supervision.
