Clenton's Transport in Sydney is seeking an experienced casual driver to transport shipping containers from Sydney ports and depots to customer locations across the metro area, with occasional trips to Newcastle and the Central Coast.

You'll need a current HC or MC licence, a clean driving record and knowledge of local roads. The role offers flexible, casual hours with overtime and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Current HC or MC driver’s licence.
• Minimum of 2 years’ truck driving experience.
• Clean driving record and strong road-safety focus.
• Good knowledge of Sydney roads and surrounding areas.
• Reliable, responsible and professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently, follow instructions and stay unsupervised.
• Smartphone required for driver app use.
• MSIC preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Collect and deliver shipping containers from ports to customer locations.
• Complete deliveries throughout the Sydney metropolitan area.
• Undertake occasional deliveries to Newcastle and the Central Coast.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed safely, efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain a high standard of vehicle care and comply with road safety.
• Work independently and communicate well with customers and the team.
