Job summary

360 Personnel is seeking experienced HC drivers to join our transport operation in Sydney. You will operate manual transmission prime movers on metropolitan routes, delivering 20ft and 40ft containers, with multiple daily drops and pickups, and work with a small fleet of prime movers and trailers.

This role requires a valid HR/HC licence, a strong safety focus, and the ability to work independently or with dispatch and warehouse teams.

HR & HC Driver / Container Transport Operator

360 Personnel is seeking experienced and reliable HC Drivers to join a growing transport operation. With a fleet of 3 Prime Movers, 2 Side Loader Trailers, and 2 Standard Trailers, this role offers ongoing work across metropolitan areas delivering 20ft and 40ft shipping containers.

About the Role

• Operating manual transmission prime movers

• Metropolitan deliveries and collections of 20ft and 40ft containers

• Multiple drop-offs and pick-ups daily

• Side loader and standard trailer operations

• Assisting with offsiding duties when required

• Completing safety checks and transport documentation

• Adhering to all road transport and WHS requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate HC vehicles and trailers

• Conduct pre-start and post-trip inspections

• Manual handling and physical work as required

• Secure loads and ensure compliance with transport regulations

• Maintain a high level of safety awareness at all times

• Work collaboratively with dispatch, warehouse teams, and customers

• Provide professional customer service during deliveries

What We’re Looking For

• Valid HR & HC Licence

• Experience operating manual trucks

• Container transport experience highly regarded

• Experience with side loader trailers is advantageous

• Strong safety focus and awareness

• Ability to perform manual handling tasks

• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
