Job summary

Labourforce is seeking experienced HC/MC Delivery Drivers for Sydney metro and regional routes. Join a national logistics leader offering steady full-time hours, overtime, and weekend opportunities. Competitive rates: HC $40/hr, MC $41.25/hr plus penalties.

Roles involve multi-drop deliveries, loading/unloading with electric pallet jacks, and routine safety checks. Successful applicants will have valid HC/MC licences and be able to pass medical and drug tests.

Qualifications

• Must have HC or MC licence and clean RMS driving record.
• Experience with multi-drop deliveries is highly regarded.
• Ability to pass Pre-Employment Medical & Drug & Alcohol test.
• Physically fit and able to lift and handle deliveries.
• Willingness to work overtime, Saturdays and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Complete multi-drop deliveries to commercial customers.
• Load/unload trucks using electric pallet jacks where required.
• Conduct pre-start checks and ensure vehicle safety.
• Operate tailgate and assist with loading/offloading.
• Maintain high standards of customer service at delivery points.
• Safely handle manual lifting and product movement.

HC & MC Delivery Drivers - Multi-Drop | Sydney Metro / Regional work

Join a proudly Australian-owned leader in Cold Storage , logistics and supply chain management Based In Minchinbury, our client is expanding their delivery team and looking for experienced and reliable HR Delivery Drivers to support their growing team based in Minchinbury.

Pay & Structure

• HC Delivery Driver Rate: $40 hr + Penalties
• MC Delivery Driver Rate: $41.25 hr + Penalties
• Ongoing role with full-time hours + overtime & weekend work available

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays required)
• Early start options : between 3:00 AM - 9:00 AM
• 8 - 10 hour days ( potential for 12)

• Public holiday availability preferred

Your Key Responsibilities

• Complete multi-drop deliveries to commercial customers
• Load/unload trucks via electric Pallet jacks where required

To Be Successful, You'll Need:

• Valid HC / MC Licence (Clean RMS driving record)
• Confidence driving manual and automatic trucks
• Previous multi-drop delivery experience (highly regarded)
• Strong time management and reliability
• Physically fit - capable of lifting and handling deliveries
• Willingness to work overtime, Saturdays, and public holidays
• Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical & Drug & Alcohol test
