Qualifications

• Front Office/reservation experience preferred but not essential; attitude matters.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences across reservations, arrivals and departures.
• Be an ambassador for Alamanda Palm Cove, promoting the boutique brand.
• Ensure smooth check-in/check-out using the hotel PMS system.
• Answer reservation enquiries, upsell rooms, and liaise with other departments.
• Handle guest requests and complaints with proactive problem-solving.
