Lancemore Group is seeking a friendly Receptionist/Guest Service Agent for Alamanda Palm Cove Hotel to support Front Office, Sales and Banqueting teams.

You will handle reservations, arrivals and departures, upsell rooms where appropriate and act as an ambassador for our boutique brand. This casual role offers exposure to a beautiful resort environment and a dynamic guest-focused team.

Qualifications

• Excellent telephone technique and the ability to maintain friendly relations with internal and external customers.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and be proactive in problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Assist with reservations, arrivals, departures and guest requests.
• Promote the boutique Lancemore brand and upsell rooms when possible.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Sales and Banqueting teams to ensure smooth operations.
