Job summary

Lancemore Hotel Group is seeking a friendly Receptionist/Guest Service Agent to support the Front Office, Sales and Banqueting teams at Alamanda Palm Cove.

Deliver exceptional guest experiences across reservations, arrivals, departures, and during stays. Be a brand ambassador, promote our boutique hospitality, and collaborate with departments to ensure smooth operations in a stunning beach-front setting.

Qualifications

• Front desk/reservation experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and guest service mindset.
• Able to upsell rooms according to availability.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Strong administrative and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist reservations, arrivals, departures and guest journeys.
• Represent the hotel brand positively to guests and colleagues.
• Interact with guests and other departments to ensure seamless service.
• Support check-in/check-out using the hotel's PMS system.
• Answer inquiries and process reservations; upsell where appropriate.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs.
• Answer and route both external and internal calls.
• Maintain knowledge of room rates and available packages.
• Follow up on guest requests and complaints to resolution.
• Support general administrative tasks for front office operations.
