EVT is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor for Kennigo Hotel in Brisbane. You will lead the F&B team, train staff, and uphold service standards across dining and events. Responsible for rosters, stock control, WHS compliance, and delivering guest-focused experiences.

Role requires strong leadership, attention to safety and hygiene, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hotel environment. Kennigo Hotel offers growth within EVT's hotel and entertainment network.

Qualifications

• Prior F&B supervisory or team leader experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Solid knowledge of food, beverage, and service standards.
• Experience with rosters, POS, and cash handling.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
• Commitment to safety, hygiene, and exceptional guest service.

• Deliver attentive, high quality service that anticipates guest needs.
• Lead, train, and support F&B attendants and team leaders.
• Maintain grooming, service, and operational standards.
• Manage rosters, timesheets, and daily staffing.
• Ensure stock levels, cleanliness, and WHS compliance.
• Prepare and serve beverages to hotel standards.
• Follow all cashiering and financial procedures.
• Protect and maintain equipment.
• Complete opening/closing duties and assist other outlets as needed.
• Overseeing operations of conference & events. From set up, running the day to day.
