Job summary

Sea Queen Bait, a Noosa-based family-owned fishing bait manufacturer, is seeking a Process Worker Fish Products & Delivery Driver for a casual position. The role supports manufacturing and operations, with up to 38 hours per week and flexibility to fit around other jobs.

Expect early starts from 6:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, no weekend work. Duties include hand packing, labelling, general cleaning, taking orders, invoicing, and occasional local deliveries in a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Be task/process focused and able to complete repetitive work to a high standard.
• Willing to be trained and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Able to work unsupervised at times and be reasonably physically fit.

Responsibilities

• Hand packing and labelling of frozen fish products.
• Cleaning and general duties as directed by supervisors.
• Taking phone orders and typing invoices.
• Some local delivery may be required in company vehicles.
