Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions based on AS3745 across NSW.
• Conduct Bushfire Training and Evacuation Exercises.
• Prepare training rooms and materials for sessions.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage participants.
• Complete and submit student competency/evacuation reports after sessions.
• Perform other team-related duties as required.

Our growing Emergency Services Training business based in New South Wales is seeking interested applicants to join our team in the role ofEmergency Response Presenter.

We are looking for the right high performing team member who is aligned with our purpose and is a cultural fit. As an integral part of our professional team, you will have the unique opportunity to apply your skill set in delivering high quality emergency response training and consulting services to a variety of clients across the state.

The nature of the work fluctuates, and as such you will be employed on casual basis as required. Currently, the average working requirement is 2-4 days a week. Vehicle and fuel costs will be covered by the company. You will be provided with the equipment required to conduct the sessions.

• Experience facilitating workplace training (Preferred)

Outcomes for this role include:

Delivering a range of training sessions based on AS3745 including

• Bushfire Training
• Evacuation Exercises
• Prepare training rooms for training sessions
• Provide a positive environment in which the participants are encouraged to be actively engaged in the learning process
• Complete and submit student competency reports/evacuation reports at the end of each appropriate training session
• Other activities that serve the team and business as required
