Job summary

Busy Bees at Killarney Heights in NSW is seeking a casual Educator to support a nurturing learning environment for children from 6:30am to 6:30pm, across shifts. The role offers an hourly rate of $38.71–$47.68 and a chance to contribute to high- quality early learning within a global provider.

Ideal candidates hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, with current First Aid/CPR and a NSW Working with Children Check.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards).
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Current Working with Children Check for NSW.

We’re seeking a passionate and adaptable Casual Educator to support our team at Busy Bees at Killarney Heights , located at 22 Tramore Place, Killarney Heights NSW 2087 , on a casual basis. You will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel supported and inspired to learn.

What you’ll do

• Supporting the implementation of engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

• Assisting in providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children

• Building positive relationships with children, families, and team members

• Supporting daily routines, activities, and supervision of children

• Contributing to maintaining high standards aligned with the National Quality Standards (NQS)

What you’ll bring

• A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)

• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)

• Current Working with Children Check for NSW

• Experience working as an Educator within Australia is highly regarded

• Flexibility to work across shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday
