Busy Bees Australia Employer Pty Ltd is seeking a casual Educator to support our Colac team. You will help create a safe, nurturing environment where children are inspired to learn, align with EYLF, and support daily routines across shifts from 6:30am to 6:30pm.

Flexibility is essential; qualifications in Early Childhood and current WWCC, First Aid/CPR, and a willingness to obtain required certifications are valued.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards).
• Current Working with Children Check for VIC.
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience working as an Educator within Australia is highly regarded.
• Flexibility to work across shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday.

• Supporting the implementation of engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF.
• Assisting in providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children.
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and team members.

Casual Educator | $38.71 – $47.68 per hour | Colac

We’re seeking a passionate and adaptable Casual Educator to support our team at Busy Bees at Colac on a casual basis . You will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel supported and inspired to learn.

What you’ll do

• Supporting the implementation of engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Assisting in providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and team members
• Supporting daily routines, activities, and supervision of children
• Contributing to maintaining high standards aligned with the National Quality Standards (NQS)

What you’ll bring

• A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values
• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Current Working with Children Check for VIC
